Apple Scooter delivers mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and strollers to Universal Orlando hotels and leaves them at the bell desk. We have served Central Florida for nearly 20 years. On our own site we are listed as a Universal Loews Hotel ECV featured provider and a preferred vendor for the Loews Universal hotels — not as an exclusive vendor, and not as Disney’s bell-stand provider (that Disney role is ScooterBug). Why rent from us instead of inside a Universal park
Universal rents ECVs at park entrances. On the comparison we publish from Universal guest-services pages (2026), those park ECVs are $75 per day, or $95 per day with a canopy. Manual wheelchairs at the parks have been listed at $15 per day. They are first come, first served. You cannot reserve one through us or through a hotel bell desk, quantities are limited, and the unit stays inside that park. Epic Universe uses the same in-park ECV idea: rent there, leave it there.
Reserve with Apple Scooter and we leave the scooter at your Universal hotel bell desk. You keep it for the hotels, CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe, and Volcano Bay, subject to each park’s mobility and attraction rules. A labeled 2-day Victory 10 Standard or Go-Go Sport is $89.95 on the live product pages, including insurance. Longer trips are available when you pick more dates.

How delivery works at a Universal hotel
- Book online and choose Delivery to Universal Hotel (Leave at Bell Desk), your dates, and the hotel (Portofino Bay, Hard Rock, Royal Pacific, Sapphire Falls, Aventura, Cabana Bay, Dockside, Surfside, Helios Grand, Stella Nova, or Terra Luna).
- We leave the charged scooter with bell services. You do not have to stand in a lobby to meet the driver the way Disney-owned resorts require.
- When you check in, ask the bell desk for the Apple Scooter delivery. Confirm the charger and any add-ons (canopy, cup holder, bag) are with the unit.
- Charge overnight in your room. Bring the charger into the parks if you are stacking a long Studios + Islands day or an Epic Universe day.
- On the last day, return the scooter, charger, and accessories to the same bell desk. Call at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup if you need a different time.
A rental day is a 24-hour period starting from delivery. Warehouse pickup and return are by appointment only, 9am–3pm Monday–Saturday (closed Sunday) at our Orlando shop. Call (321) 726-6837 if you would rather pick up in person.
What to expect the morning of delivery
Charged. The scooter goes out charged. Plug it in every night, including the last night before pickup.
Who to call. Call Apple Scooter, not Universal Guest Services, about the rental itself: (321) 726-6837 or WhatsApp (407) 454-3662. Call Universal’s own channels for park tickets, Express, or attraction accommodations.
Where it will be. The Universal hotel bell desk you selected. If you do not see it, have bell services check the tag for Apple Scooter and then call us. We do not stage units at Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe, or Volcano Bay entrances.
Pickup on the last day. Leave it at the bell desk with the charger. You do not have to wait with the driver. If you check out early, still call us so pickup is on the new time — missing a window can mean a $35 fee, same as our Disney policy on the FAQ.

- Victory 10 Standard — 2-day $89.95. 350 lb capacity, half-back seat, front basket, up to 5.25 mph, 45.25 × 22.25 in., 35 AH × 2, up to 12 miles, about 8–10 hours of battery life on our FAQ. Theme-park size.
- Victory 10.2 Super Deluxe — 2-day $129.95. 400 lb capacity, captain chair, USB, cup holder, rechargeable tiller fan, front basket, up to 15 miles, about 10–12 hours.
- Go-Go Sport Transportable 3 Wheel — 2-day $89.95. 250 lb capacity, up to 4 mph, disassembles (heaviest piece 35 lbs) for Uber, Lyft, or a personal car. About 6–8 hours / up to 8 miles.
- Go-Go Sport Transportable 4 Wheel — 2-day $89.95. Same transportable class with four wheels.
- 18-inch wheelchair — 2-day $89.95. Folding, 18-inch seat, 250 lbs.

Battery, weather, weight, and accessories
Battery. Charge every night, including the last night. Epic Universe and a two-park hop both eat range. Bring the off-board charger and add 30–45 minutes at a meal. If the scooter beeps or will not roll: power off, unplug the tiller charger port, set the right-rear lever to lock/drive, power on. Still stuck? Call (321) 726-6837.
Weather. Light rain is generally safe; do not soak the scooter. Get under cover for a downpour. Universal’s outdoor queues and CityWalk storms are the usual Orlando pattern — park it dry, then call us if it acts up after a soaking.
Weight. Victory 10: 350 lbs. Victory 10.2: 400 lbs. Go-Go Sport and the 18-inch wheelchair: 250 lbs. All listed as meeting theme-park size requirements. Universal transportation and attraction queues have their own Team Member instructions; follow those even though the scooter is yours for the stay.
Accessories on the rental form: sunshade canopy +$45 (Victory 10 and 10.2), universal cup holder +$10, large storage bag +$20, USB port +$10, rear basket +$15, rechargeable fan with USB +$20. Victory 10.2 already includes cup holder, USB, and tiller fan. This is a vacation rental, not a medical-billing product. We do not add HCPCS codes.
Universal Attraction Assistance Pass (AAP) — short note
Universal is not Disney, and Universal does not call its queue program DAS. The comparable Universal program is the Attractions Assistance Pass (AAP), which Universal describes as an accommodation for guests whose disability prevents them from waiting for extended periods in a conventional attraction queue. It is meant to provide equal access, not to skip other guests. Universal Team Members and Guest Services administer it. Apple Scooter does not issue AAP, an IBCCES card, or any Universal pass.
Universal’s rider-guide language is clear on a point that matters for scooter renters: guests who only need to use a mobility device do not need to apply for an IBCCES Individual Accessibility Card (IAC) just to use that device, because attraction queues and park entrances are accessible. An IAC, if you register at IBCCES, does not guarantee an Attractions Assistance Pass. Universal decides the accommodation after talking with the guest. Start with Universal’s own accessibility information: Universal Orlando accessibility and Universal Guest Services. We do not promise approval.
A rental scooter helps you cover hotels, CityWalk, and park mileage. AAP, if Universal offers it, is about wait time in conventional queues. They are different problems. Many guests use a scooter and, separately, speak with Universal about attraction assistance. Renting from us does not enroll you in AAP and does not replace a conversation with Team Members.

Strollers and wheelchairs at Universal
Same bell-desk delivery as scooters. A City Mini for a preschooler plus a Victory 10 for an adult is a common cart. The 18-inch wheelchair folds if you only need a manual chair around Cabana Bay or CityWalk. Park rental strollers and wheelchairs, like park ECVs, stay in that park and are first come.

Families flying into MCO from Atlanta, Newark, JFK/LGA, Philly, DFW, Houston, and similar cities who are staying on Universal property and want the scooter at Portofino Bay, Hard Rock, Royal Pacific, Sapphire Falls, Aventura, Cabana Bay, Endless Summer, Helios Grand, Stella Nova, or Terra Luna before the first park morning. Guests mixing Epic Universe with the original two parks who do not want to rent a new ECV at each gate. Do I meet the driver at a Universal hotel?
No. We leave the scooter at the bell desk. Ask bell services for Apple Scooter when you arrive.
Can I take the scooter into Universal parks and CityWalk?
Yes, subject to each park’s mobility rules. You keep our rental for the stay instead of a park ECV that cannot leave that park.
Does a scooter rental include Universal’s Attraction Assistance Pass?
No. AAP is Universal’s program, handled by Team Members / Guest Services. Apple does not issue it. Universal states that guests who only need a mobility device do not need an IAC just to use accessible queues. We do not promise AAP approval.
What are the 2-day rates?

What if it rains?
Light rain is fine. Do not soak the scooter. Dry it off and call us if it malfunctions.
How long does the battery last?
About 8–10 hours Victory 10, 10–12 hours Victory 10.2, 6–8 hours Go-Go Sport. Charge every night.
Can I pick up at the shop?

What is cancellation and what is a rental day?
