18-inch wheelchair rental with hotel delivery
Our 18-inch wheelchair is a lightweight folding wheelchair with a removable footrest and a 250 lb weight capacity. It meets theme park size requirements. The 2-day rental is $89.95, and the booking form shows your total for longer stays.
How booking works
- Pick your dates on the calendar above.
- Choose a pickup type: Pickup in Store, Delivery to Disney Hotel (Meet & Greet), Delivery to Universal Hotel (Leave at Bell Desk), or Delivery to Other Hotel/AirBnB.
- Pick your resort from the Disney or Universal hotel list, or type the address of another hotel or vacation home.
- Choose a 20-minute pickup window. Returning somewhere else? Tick Return to Different Location? and choose the return place and time.
- Add extras if you want them (universal cup holder or wheelchair storage bag with cup holder); prices are shown in the booking form. Then add to cart and check out.

Delivery at Disney and Universal hotels
We deliver the wheelchair the same way as our scooters. At Disney-owned resorts, our driver meets you at the resort. At Walt Disney Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve, and at Universal hotels, we leave it at the bell desk: just ask bell services for your Apple Scooter delivery. Prefer to collect it yourself? Choose Pickup in Store and pick it up at our showroom, 14990 Kissimmee Vineland Rd Unit 138, Orlando, FL 32821, open 8 AM–7 PM daily.
18-inch wheelchair FAQ
How much weight does it hold? Up to 250 lbs, and the seat is 18 inches wide.
Does it fold? Yes. It is a lightweight folding wheelchair, and the footrest is removable.
Would a scooter suit me better? The wheelchair is the folding option if you do not want a motor. For a mobility scooter, the Go-Go Sport Transportable also carries up to 250 lbs and comes apart for a car, and the Victory 10 Standard carries up to 350 lbs.
Can I add a cup holder or bag? Yes. Choose Universal Cup Holder or Wheel Chair Storage Bag With CupHolder in the booking form.
Can I return it somewhere else? Yes. When you book, choose Return to Different Location?
Do you deliver to theme park gates? No. We deliver to hotels, Airbnbs and vacation homes, but not to park entrances.
