I go to Disney very frequently and apple scooter is my rental place of choice! I’m also a travel agent and they are the only ones I will recommend to my clients. They are very accommodating even though you have to meet them for pickup and delivery I’ve never had an issue. Doug is amazing!
We’ve been using Apple Scooter for years. Never had any issues. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. And the delivery drivers are also very friendly and accommodating re pickup and drop off. Will definitely use again!

Easy to work with brought it right up to my hotel room and picked it up right in front of my hotel room door. I did not even need to be present when they came to retrieve it. Really good experience more affordable than other places I’ve used, I would consider using them again.
I called them at the last minute but they made sure I had the scooter I wanted in time the next morning to go to the water park with my family. We ended up leaving a day early and they worked with me in picking up the scooter. Very efficient company.
Apple was the only company I called that answered their phone and helped me book the scooters. They arrived on time and were picked up on time as well. Courteous from start to finish. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend them to anyone!!!!!
