Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort is the Prime Value hotel with two towers, a bowling alley, and a lot of internal walking. Named park access from Cabana Bay<\/h2>\n

Cabana Bay\u2019s named walking link is Volcano Bay<\/strong> next door. Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, CityWalk, and Epic Universe are not the same sidewalk \u2014 use Universal\u2019s hotel buses\/shuttles as Universal runs them from Cabana Bay, with the rental scooter subject to vehicle rules. You keep our scooter for the hotel, Volcano Bay, CityWalk, and the other parks rather than renting a first-come ECV that must stay in one park.<\/p>\n

Why a scooter matters on this specific property<\/h2>\n

Cabana Bay is large: towers, family suites, the pool ridge, food halls, and the Volcano Bay walk. A scooter from the room to the Volcano Bay path is the usual first-day use, then shuttles to the other gates. Charge overnight. Bring the charger for Epic Universe. Ask bell services for Apple Scooter.<\/p>\n

We do not issue AAP. We do not issue Disney DAS (irrelevant at Universal). We do not deliver to park gates.<\/p>\n

How Apple delivers at this Universal hotel (bell desk)<\/h2>\n

Universal hotels on our booking form use Delivery to Universal Hotel (Leave at Bell Desk)<\/strong>. We leave the charged scooter with bell services. You do not have to stand in the lobby to meet the driver the way Disney-owned resorts require. When you check in, ask the bell desk for the Apple Scooter delivery and confirm the charger and add-ons are with the unit.<\/p>\n

On the last day, return the scooter, charger, and accessories to the same bell desk. Call at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup if you need a different time. If you check out early, still call us so pickup moves \u2014 missing a window can mean a $35 fee, same as our Disney policy on the FAQ<\/a>. We do not stage units at Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe, or Volcano Bay gates.<\/p>\n
